by sam on 02/2/2005When I called back during the day to lodge a formal complaint about Sunday night, they gave me a big fat credit, so I don’t hate them anymore (They were also surprised that I hadn’t been immediately offered one on Sunday night, so apparently it was a good thing I called back).
